Check out this recent article from Andrew Pucker and others on contact lens comfort. ⬇️
It’s well known that toric contact lens wearers struggle more with discomfort than spherical contact lens wears, yet there was limited information on real-time comfort in this group, so we decided to take a look. We overall found that while contact lens comfort does decrease in toric contact lens wearers across the day, comfort was still typically good in normal contact lens wearers and that comfort at any given time of day throughout a wear month is stable in a modern monthly contact lens. Thank you to Joseph Mancini from adMare BioInnovations for the kind words! "I am genuinely impressed by the Lexitas team's dedication and the guidance they provide. We went from a study concept to a strong protocol synopsis in just 4 weeks. Andrew D. Pucker, Executive Director of Medical and Clinical Sciences, provided expert feedback, and the medical writing team facilitated fruitful discussions and then implemented our decisions with expediency and accuracy. It's been a pleasure working with Lexitas, and I can confidently recommend them to my colleagues in the ophthalmology space." We are grateful for your trust and recommendation! #Lexitas #CRO #ophthalmology
