Level213 was founded to solve the challenges faced by growing companies. We noticed a consistent gap for hyper growth companies that have aggressive sales goals, but lack infrastructure, strategy, and skill set to achieve them. They recognize the importance of sales enablement, training, and coaching, but don't have the internal resources readily available to them. Our expertise has been honed through many years of experience within companies of all stages, from newly funded start-ups to global enterprises. Because we have worked directly in roles that include sales, sales management, sales enablement, consulting, training, and coaching, we have the depth of understanding required to build solutions for our client's growth challenges.

  • 📖  Behind the Book: the process was eye opening  👀 Now that we have released “Accelerating Revenue” and are receiving great feedback from our readers, it’s time for some acknowledgements and reflection. This book has been decades in the making, represents the culmination of our professional endeavors with thousands of revenue professionals, and is directly tied to our mission of enabling Enablement. Based on this, we thought writing a book would be somewhat straightforward. It turns out we had a lot to learn about translating our expertise into a book. 🤦🏻♀️ Writing a full length book challenged us to articulate our thoughts in different ways and ensure readers could take meaningful action without us “in the room” with them. This iterative process took 5x longer than we thought it would and we actually broke Google docs along the way! Fun fact: there is a limit to the number of tags and comments you can use in a single Google doc. Discovering this and transferring our work into a new document was just one of the things we learned along the way.   But we pressed forward with skillful guidance from our editor Brook Cosby and could not be more proud of this accomplishment and the final output. The support and encouragement from our network has been humbling – too many of you to tag here, but a special thank you goes out to our mentors, coaches, colleagues, and Level213 clients.
