Thinking outside the bulb 🌷 Project Design Portfolio | For this PerspectAbility Inc. campus and community master plan design, the word acropolis was an inspiration utilizing a multitude of meanings - from clusters of tulips to buildings. A master plan design where dorm life is the perfect place for those individuals who prefer an immersive community. Where learning and living knowledge can be gained in a single location for all those vital life lessons. High-density housing options maximize the precious land available in a long and narrow lot. Triplex and duplex housing provides support-living facilities with generous amenities, both indoor and outdoor spaces. And for those seeking independent living, a studio unit is only a stone’s throw away from assistance - knowledge that can put both a guardian and resident's mind at ease. A future community with greenhouses, gardens and orchards remains not only an ohmage to its origins as a farm but also a learning tool for the ever-growing #neurodiverse community. To keep a farm (and neighborhood) running, a building by way of barn is the perfect spot and space. Where the facility can pull double duty as a farmer's market and equipment storage, then both residents and visitors can reap the rewards. So, in addition to the necessary attention paid to the historic brick exterior as to repairs, the interior spaces were polished up as well for the 121st Judicial District Court at the Yoakum County #Courthouse renovation.

⚖ Scales of Justice ⚖ Case No. 0013-14 The scales of justice are leaning our way but not as to guilt or innocence >>> Rather, they weigh heavily into our corner as to our ability to design and #renovate courthouse facilities. In this case, Level 5 considered the importance of #HistoricPreservation during the design, renovation, and interior remodel of the existing Palo Pinto Courthouse. For the 121st Judicial District Court, the updated mainstays of the courts included a courtroom remodel, new juror’s box, and judge’s bench.
