About us

Your legal resource and advisor for Colorado estate planning, small business, licensed professionals, and the equine industry. A Colorado and Wyoming-licensed attorney since 2008 and selected to the 2020-2024 Colorado Super Lawyers® lists, the firm's principal attorney Margrit Lent Parker spent over a decade working in federal and state courts and representing businesses and professionals in civil lawsuits, professional liability claims, and licensing matters. Over the years, Margrit increasingly devoted her time to representing those same clients outside of court to proactively manage their legal needs. This passion for helping clients proactively manage their businesses and professional lives led to the creation of Lent Parker Law LLC in March 2020, which focuses on serving our clients’ estate planning, transactional, and business needs. Our clients include lawyers, health care providers including physicians and dentists, veterinarians, equine businesses professionals, and contractors, and other small and closely held businesses. We value the relationships formed with our professional and business clients and find great reward in helping people who are dedicated to serving others.
