At Motorola Mobility (a Lenovo Company), we believe that color is much more than a design element, and smartphones are much more than technology; they are powerful tools for self-expression. It’s with this belief in mind that we announced our partnership with Pantone back in 2021. Since then, we've celebrated with Pantone, the announcement of every Pantone Color of The Year, and it shouldn't be different now. The Pantone Color of The Year 2025, Mocha Mousse, embodies the tasteful nature of chocolate, coffee and cacao. It urges us to indulge in life's simple pleasures and take time for ourselves. This cultural moment is a reminder of how we can use color, as well as our smartphones, to connect with others and form our own "me moments." We chose two devices to represent this shade: the new motorola razr 50 ultra/motorola razr+ and motorola edge 50 neo. They were designed with different metallic finishes and a suede-like inlay made with coffee grounds, giving the color a meaningful, tactile sensation. These special edition devices wouldn't be possible without the hard work of our team of designers, Pantone Color Institute partners and experts.
