The Lee lab just published a new paper showing that it may be possible to treat #Parkinson’s Disease by “chasing away” unhealthy proteins in the brain. The paper demonstrates the ability to modulate and predict whole brain alpha-synuclein pathology changes using optogenetic stimulation and functional MRI, opening a new horizon for investigating optimized #neuromodulation #therapy. https://lnkd.in/g_2Zt3Yg
