We start at the Chapter by giving ALL the 4th year students a written exam used at a past National IEC wire-off. We then choose 12 of the best performers from that group to move on to a Productivity Challenge and Conduit Bending. The 8 highest scoring students overall will be the contestants at our Power Show. More about IEC Centex Chapter: The Central Texas Chapter of the IEC was started in August 1996 by twelve Independent Electrical Contractors with an objective of recruiting and training electricians for their businesses.
