Please join us in thanking Keri Pravitz for being Leadership Eastside’s Board Chair the past two years. Keri stepped in at a time when we were rebuilding after the pandemic and agreed to lead us for two terms. She was instrumental in helping us rebuild, drive strategic planning, and support every event we’ve held. We couldn’t have made as much progress as we have without Keri! THANK YOU KERI!

We are so excited to hear this fabulous news! Meghan Altimore (LE'08) is a compassionate and skilled leader with deep history and experience in this field. There is nobody better to lead Hopelink into its next chapter! Congratulations to you all!
We’re proud to announce Meghan Altimore, a 20-year Hopelink veteran, has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer by the agency’s Board of Directors. A dedicated social worker at heart, Meghan joined Hopelink in 2004 and previously served as Chief Operating Officer as well as VP of Community Services & Organizational Excellence. “Meghan’s 20-year tenure with Hopelink shows a proven leader for profound changes, allowing Hopelink to grow and improve in powerful ways, developing operational and strategic expertise with her deep commitment for community service to help Hopelink and partners increase resources for people experiencing poverty,” said Byron Shutz, Chair of Hopelink’s Board of Directors. “While that impact is visible externally, those who have had the privilege to work alongside Meghan also recognize her thorough understanding of the ecosystem that Hopelink serves, the use of data to drive decisions while always keeping Hopelink values and mission at the forefront, and advocating for systemic changes and partnerships to support our organization and the community to help people exit poverty.” Meghan is credited with establishing several of Hopelink’s services that north and east King County residents depend upon today, as well as leading the development of Hopelink’s Redmond and Shoreline Centers, standardizing data stewardship practices, and spearheading the integration of trauma- informed practices.
