Therapy Isn’t for Everyone. And That’s Okay. For years, the hospitality industry has been told to "talk to someone" when burnout or stress takes hold. But let’s be honest therapy often feels like another thing on the to-do list for people who already give all their energy to everyone else. It’s not that therapy isn’t valuable. It can be life changing. But for many of us in this industry, where late nights, high stress, and zero boundaries are the norm, it doesn’t always land. Sitting in a room talking about the why doesn’t necessarily help when you’re in the thick of it. That’s where coaching comes in. Coaching isn’t about analyzing the past; it’s about creating a future. It’s actionable. It’s tailored. And for those of us who’ve been in the trenches (yes, I worked the grind too), it’s relatable. Coaching empowers us to: 💡Shift our focus from burnout to balance. 💡Leverages our strengths to find solutions that work in the real world. 💡Learn tools to manage stress and make space for what actually matters. 💡Uncover core values and use these as a guiding light.  💡Establish clear goals and design a personalized roadmap. For the hospitality pro who feels stuck, coaching can be a game-changer. It’s not about fixing you (because you’re not broken). It’s about helping you see the bigger picture and giving you the tools to thrive in it. If you’ve ever felt like therapy wasn’t quite your fit but still know something’s gotta change, coaching might just be the missing ingredient. Let’s rethink the way we support ourselves-and each other-in this industry. Curious to learn more? Let’s connect. info@lastcallcoaching.com

Want to know the #1 reason employers are hesitant to address mental health and addiction in the workplace? It's the dreaded can of worms 🪱 Let’s be real—mental health and addiction issues don’t just go away by ignoring them. Too many leaders avoid the conversation because they fear opening up a messy, complex dialogue. What if they don't know what to say? What if the solutions aren't simple? What if it spirals out of control? Guess what? Avoidance is the messiest path you can take. The truth: A proactive approach is far less costly (in every way) than the consequences of avoidance. So, if are you ready to face it head-on and stop tiptoeing around that can... Reach out. This is my specialty. info@lastcallcoaching.com #starttheconversation #coach #facilitator #recoveryadvocate #industryvet #wedorecover #stigmafree

Wouldn't it be nice if addiction recovery was supported. Not ignored. Imagine a restaurant culture where substance use isn't swept under the rug but openly addressed. With compassion. Instead of pretending the problem doesn't exist, there would be systems in place to offer real support. Such as; - Provide access to confidential coaching and addiction support services. - Empower recovery through leadership and education. - Cultivate a recovery-friendly culture. If you'd like to know more about how to provide such resources and services drop me a message. I'm always here. #letstalk

Recovery is more than just not drinking or using. It's an awakening. Awakening the fuck up to who we truly are. Recovering the parts of ourselves that got lost along the way. Taking our power back. Looking at the parts of ourselves we buried. The ones we'd rather not look at. But the ones we know we have to. Forgive. Acknowledge. Let go. To choose self care instead of self sabatoge. To continue to grow and to learn. Taking what lands and leaving the rest. Responding instead of reacting. Supporting instead of stigmatizing. Leaning into uncomfortable until it becomes comfortable. Lean in again. Recovery is more than just not drinking or using. It's an awakening. What does Recovery mean to you? Drop it in the comments 👇

Through my journey I've witnessed the industry's vibrant chaos. And it's shadowed corners. Where mental health is often a silent casualty. Let's break that silence. Embrace vulnerability. And create a culinary world that nourishes not just appetites. But also the minds and souls of those who make it extraordinary. 💥 www.lastcallcoaching.com
