Executive VP, Human Resources at Lactalis U.S. Yogurt

It’s the kind of week that makes our job so meaningful, with Laurel Harrington, Sharon Richard: a few days spent at our Casa Grande, Arizona facility, close to our valued Lactalis U.S. Yogurt employees that are on the floor every day to proudly make great products. We couldn’t be as successful as a company without their daily engagement and great work! We worked on so many meaningful topics that are important to us and will make a difference for our people: Engagement Survey action plans, Quarterly Review of Our Key Talent, Leadership Development (just to mention a few). We also discussed the coming Performance Reviews, which includes the importance of delivering feedback & guidance, to drive people’s performance in their role & fuel their career progression with Lactalis Group. To the teams in Casa Grande, starting with Nicole Hill, BAOL, MPA CJ and Brad Clawson: thanks for giving us so much of your time, you made us feel included and valued - such a great partnership is priceless.

  • This month, we’re celebrating Patricia's 5-year anniversary with Lactalis U.S. Yogurt! As a valued member of our Demand Planning team, Patricia has been an essential part of our success. To mark this milestone, we asked her to share a bit about her journey, including what’s kept her here, her childhood dreams, and what inspires her. Here’s what she had to say: What’s kept you with the company for all these years? It has been enjoyable to work for a company whose mission and values align with my own. Getting behind a company who makes products that are healthy for the consumers while also keeping the planet’s well-being in the forefront has been easy. There is a good working environment with opportunities to learn with continued encouragement, guidance, and support from peers and management. As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up? Growing up, I was certain I would be a veterinarian. As I got older, I realized I was a bit too emotional to handle the sad situations that inevitably come with the job, so I had to take a different path. To get my animal fix, I volunteered at a local animal shelter and was also a volunteer keeper’s aide at Stone Zoo for 4 years. What’s your motivation or inspiration in life? It may be a little cliché, but it’s my kids. I have tried to slow down time as much as possible but seem to be losing that battle. Instead, I soak up every moment and create as many memorable experiences as possible before they are old enough to venture out on their own. It has given me so much joy to watch them grow and I enjoy celebrating all their accomplishments along the way. Thank you, Patricia, for your commitment and contributions over the years! #LactalisExperience #WorkAnniversary

  • Congratulations to our September Leader of the Month: Emmanuel This summer, Emmanuel has truly exemplified outstanding leadership during a challenging period of staffing shortages. Despite these challenges, Emmanuel has not missed a beat. He has successfully trained and certified numerous new operators in a timely manner, consistently prioritizing the success of his team. While leading the team in the absence of management, Emmanuel ensured that our shifts ran smoothly without any drop-off in performance. He actively utilizes the Playbook, providing each employee with personalized training booklets to guide them. His hands-on approach means he’s always available on the line, assisting during changeovers and CIP processes. His dedication to supporting his team and fostering an environment of continuous improvement is truly commendable. We wouldn’t be where we are today without Emmanuel’s commitment and leadership. Thank you, Emmanuel, for your hard work and inspiring leadership. Keep up the great work!
