The holidays can be a joyful time, but they can also bring added physical and mental challenges. That’s why we’re committed to supporting our employees’ well-being year-round, offering resources to help them prioritize feeling their best.

For over 20 years Flint Hills Resources has partnered with the YMCA of the Coastal Bend for our annual Shoes for Kids event. 150 students from TG Allen and Oak Park elementary schools receive a new pair of shoes, socks, a sweatshirt and our employees sponsor a child to buy a gift from their wish list that is delivered by Santa! Our employees look forward to this event all year long and we're so thankful to have had over 60 volunteers at this year's event.

Last month, we welcomed a major equipment delivery from Venice, Italy — 393 metric tons in total! A highlight of the installation was a 98-foot converter lifted into place by two cranes weighing over 600 tons each, brought onsite in 75 truckloads. This converter will play a key role in transforming process gases using specialized catalysts, contributing to our ongoing efforts in innovation and production. We're proud to continue investing in growth and strengthening our partnership with the Brandon community!

Our mill in Crossett, Arkansas, is getting a $90 million upgrade. This investment will increase converting capacity to continue to grow our retail consumer tissue business. https://bit.ly/4iq0prY

Georgia-Pacific LLC recently hit an incredible milestone—2 billion EarthKraft™ padded mailers produced! These curbside recyclable mailers have replaced enough plastic mailers to circle the Earth 13 times. Fittingly, as the famous sleigh makes its journey across the globe, consumers can enjoy the simplicity of recycling right from their doorstep.
