Using the Power of Collaboration to End Homelessness
About us
Keys to Change, formerly known as The Human Services Campus, opened its doors in November 2005. Our mission is "Using the Power of Collaboration to End Homelessness." Located just west of downtown Phoenix, nearly 1,000 individuals per day seek services at the Campus. As a place, 15 non-profit organizations work in collaboration on the Campus to assist each individual's unique requirements to end their homelessness. As a non-profit organization, in addition to overseeing partner collaboration and Campus operations, Keys to Change provides programs that directly serve clients. These programs include Client Intake and Assessment at the Brian Garcia Welcome Center (the "front door" to the campus), Reunification with Family, Post Office Services, Bag Storage and Navigation to Housing. Our staff creates a customized housing plan for each individual, and connects people to all of our partner services on the campus, including identification, physical, dental and mental healthcare, shelter services, meals, benefits, homeless court and employment. Over 2,000 individuals were connected to housing in the past year.

IT'S TIME! ⏰ This morning we gather for the 20th Annual Mike McQuaid I AM HOME Breakfast! In person, at the beautiful Arizona Biltmore, and LIVE ONLINE: https://lnkd.in/grckQ9N9 We are delighted to have you in virtual attendance at this event. We will begin streaming at 7:15am, with a wonderful live performance from The Phoenix Symphony string quartet. The program will begin promptly at 7:50am and will wrap up around 9:00am. We hope you treat yourself to a special breakfast from wherever you are! We invite you to engage with the chat as you watch – get to know the folks around your virtual “table.” Today is Friday the 13th and we celebrate 1,383 individuals moved home!!! 🏠🥳 Keys to Change brings together 14 nonprofit organizations devoted to ending homelessness. They take a holistic approach - from intake and counseling to housing and meals to resume building and help job hunting to dental services and even family reunification! The reason Key Campus is so groundbreaking is because these organizations coordinate, communicate and cooperate. Keys to Change CEO, Amy Schwabenlender, calls it a "Collaborative Force" and there isn't anything else like it in Arizona. This is our favorite time of year because we get to do something we love - celebrate our Staff, community leaders, and the success stories of our Clients who have benefited from the services offered here on the Campus. If you would like to support our work with a donation, please visit: https://lnkd.in/gRcW_72X and make sure you take advantage of the Arizona Charitable Tax Credit! Thank you so much! 💛 #EndHomelessness #BeLikeMike #KeysToChangeAZ #KeyCampus #CollaborationIsKey🔑
