Yesterday Key Capture Energy along with the Long Island Power Authority announced contracts for two #BatteryEnergyStorage projects in Suffolk County, New York. Battery energy storage will support a clean and reliable electric grid across Long Island. As LIPA's Acting CEO John Rhodes said, "Integrating storage in the electric grid, especially in areas with high energy demand, will allow clean energy to be available when and where it is most needed." KCE looks forward to bringing these facilities online and helping Long Island and New York meet their #CleanEnergy goals! https://lnkd.in/gDKrvNP5
