The second project that we will be highlighting is the work that we did with the team at Intercity State Bank for their new 6,694 sq. ft. branch location in Weston, WI! Before & After: A Transformation at Paper City Savings Bank Recently, Paper City Savings Bank embarked on an exciting rebranding journey, updating their main facility in Wisconsin Rapids. Keller was proud to partner with them, developing design concepts that resonated with the vision of both their staff and board. From the creative minds of our Architect and Interior Designer came multiple options, each meticulously crafted for approval. Once the final design was chosen, our skilled construction teams went to work, transforming the space while ensuring the bank remained operational for employees and customers. Through a well-coordinated phasing plan, the Keller and Paper City Savings Bank team delivered a seamless transformation that has been met with resounding success. The bank stayed open throughout the process, continuing to serve their valued customers. Congratulations to Golden Oil Company LLC embarking on a new adventure in Somers, WI! We're thrilled to announce the construction of their newest convenience store, featuring amazing tenants: Bad-Ass Coffee of Hawaii and Arby's. Keller, Inc. is honored to be chosen as the Design/Build Partner for this ground-up project. We're proud to collaborate with them once again on our 8th project together, and we can't wait to see it all come together by Summer 2025!
