A few weeks ago, I had my last on campus guest lecture of the year at the Wisconsin School of Business for the Fundamentals of Supply Chain management courses. This is now my 11th year of having this opportunity to present and lecture on my personal career growth and work with Koch & KBX Logistics, and as I have reflected on this a part of my career journey, I have realized an aspect that has given me the most fulfilment. It is what happens AFTER the lecture, with engaged students who reach out. The 1x1s, emails, and phone calls with students who are looking for guidance in their academic and career paths in #Transportation #Logistics and #SupplyChain are as helpful to me as what I am trying to do for them; they for sure keep me on my toes. To all my fellow #Badgers, students and alum, or those just interested in the industry I love and have a passion for, if you are looking to connect, network, and any guidance I can give-I am always willing to help!
