Ahead of our Women In Football Game tomorrow, we hosted a panel including Keke Blackman and Krishna Lee from the KC Glory of the Women's National Football Conference, as well as Kim Hobbs, the Chiefs Vice President of Partnership Development and Strategy. We're so thankful to our panelists for sharing their knowledge and inspiring others!
About us
Founded by American sports pioneer Lamar Hunt as a charter franchise of the American Football League in 1960 as the Dallas Texans, the team relocated to Kansas City in 1963 and became known as the Chiefs. Under the leadership of the Hunt family, the club has reached professional football’s ultimate summit four times, earning victories in Super Bowl IV (1969 season), Super Bowl LIV (2019 season), Super Bowl LVII (2022 season) and Super Bowl LVIII (2023 season). Back-to-back titles following the 2022 and 2023 seasons puts the Chiefs in elite company, marking just the ninth time in NFL history that a franchise repeated as world champions. As one of the most successful franchises of the past dozen years, Kansas City owns the most regular season wins (128) and has the most playoff appearances (10) of all NFL teams since Head Coach Andy Reid joined the club in 2013. Off the field, the Chiefs proudly boast five Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year Award recipients, tying for the most among any franchise in the league, highlighting the club’s commitment to the community. GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium, the home of the Chiefs, is one of the most iconic venues in all of professional sports. As the Guinness World Record holder for loudest crowd roar at an outdoor sports venue, the stadium seats approximately 73,000 fans. Over the past decade, the club’s Arrowhead Events business has made the stadium an entertainment destination that serves the entire Midwest region with concerts, international soccer matches, college football games and motorsports events. GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium will host matches in the 2026 FIFA World Cup with Kansas City serving as one of 16 North American host cities for the global soccer tournament. The entire Chiefs family operates with four core values as part of its mission: Win with Character, Unite our Community, Inspire our Fans, and Honor Tradition. Welcome to Chiefs Kingdom!

On the field, we clinched our ninth consecutive division title, but we’re just as busy off the field as well. President Mark Donovan and Chief Media and Marketing Officer Lara Krug recently visited New York for an exciting press tour and to join a panel at the Sports Business Journal Media Innovators Conference. Along with highlighting our partnership with Hallmark Media and the new feature film, Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story, they also discussed navigating the pursuit of a historic Super Bowl three-peat quest, our growing female fanbase and reaching an entirely new audience, and the organization's goal of building a brand that’s not only a sports franchise, but also a cultural phenomenon.

It’s beginning to look a lot like the holidays at One Arrowhead Drive! This year we partnered with The Salvation Army and took part in their Angel Tree program. Additionally, we teamed up with Scheels and local marines to collect gifts for Toys for Tots to allow staff to give back to our community during the holiday season!

We're ringing in the holidays at One Arrowhead Drive! Chiefs Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Dan Crumb, who frequently volunteers with the Salvation Army, joined our partners to bring red kettles to our facility.
