Next month, we will go in front of 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 for 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗮𝗹. This marks an exciting step forward with bringing this project into reality! Located at the southeast corner of I-25 and Highway 52, Strata will include approximately 𝟭,𝟲𝟬𝟬 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘀 and 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲, creating a vibrant hub for living, working, and leisure. The City of Dacono’s Planning Commission approved the 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻 and 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁, along with the 𝗣𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗜 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻 and 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁.
