It was a true meeting of the minds when our Industrial Design, Design Research, UX/UI Design, Human Factors, Software Dev, Graphic Design, and Marketing teams got together to share and celebrate our most rewarding projects of the year. Then we all headed over to MadTree Brewing Company for pizza & beer. The real treat of the evening was our CA and KS-based Human Factors team getting to see (and frolic) in the snow! 🌨️

Our last Co-op Spotlight this semester is Alex, an Information Technology student at University of Cincinnati. When he’s not serving in the U.S. Army Reserves as a Combat Engineer (and being recently promoted to Sergeant), Alex enjoys building computers, gaming, traveling the country—especially the National Parks, and hitting up food festivals. Sending a hearty congratulations to our Procter & Gamble Old Spice partners for their GentleMan’s Super Hydration Body Wash recognition by CEW 2024 Beauty Awards as ✨ Best Men’s Grooming Product.✨ Collaborating with the Old Spice team on this project meant that our design experts were tasked with creating fun and alluring packaging that used visual cues to highlight the product’s moisturizing and scent benefits. After all, if it doesn’t draw buyers’ attention in-store, it won’t amount to much in sales. In our book, good design leads to consumer trial and good product leads to satisfied consumers.
