Yesterday Kadus Group Managing Partner Justin George was honoured to be an expert speaker at the 2024 Carleton University Real Estate Development Certificate (CRED). Justin delivered a session on "Mastering Capital Strategy" where students learned; - How to use the proforma as a living, strategic tool to guide project execution. - How to find aligned capital providers using tailored approaches and structured syndication. - How to evaluate deals with a granular focus on financial, operational, and market risks to maximize returns. This is an excellent program for professionals who want to expand their knowledge in real estate development. The 2025 program starts in March and enrolment is currently open.
