⭐ Employee Spotlight! ⭐ Meet Marcelo Hernandez, Commissary Manager at Just Salad! Marcelo has been working at Just Salad for the past 14 years, starting out at the company as a Prep Team Member in 2010. Over time, he was able to elevate his responsibilities within the organization, taking on roles such as Assistant Manager and eventually becoming our Commissary Manager. He has remained with Just Salad for over a decade because of the opportunities he has had to grow, learn, and continually develop as a leader in his position. Marcelo is a father of three children. In his spare time, he enjoys playing soccer as well as watching some of his favorite teams compete ⚽. Marcelo's favorite #JustSalad is the Crispy Chicken Poblano 🥗.
