Yesterday, JPI broke ground on Jefferson Drove, a 343-unit community in Haltom City, Texas, with a celebration led by our Chief Visionary Officer, Scott Turner who commented, “At JPI, our mission is to create communities that enhance lives." Jefferson Drove is set to deliver attainable housing for teachers, healthcare workers, first responders and other essential employees. Thank you to Mayor Tuong, Haltom High School Band, Girl Scout Troop 2706, and all our community partners for making this event a success!
