✨ Each year, American Hospital Association recognizes six standout capstone projects to highlight from its latest graduation cohort of the AHA Next Generation Leaders Fellowship. Among this year's distinguished projects is the work of Dalia Saleh, PharmD, MBA, an #AgeFriendly fellow, from Advocate Health. Her project focused on piloting an in-office virtually assisted care model that uses peripheral device kits & allows offsite clinicians to conduct in-dept remote physical exams. The care model was piloted in several settings to determine how well it work and where it's most useful. Learn more about her project: https://ow.ly/ashB50UrQn0 📝 AHA is now accepting applications for the 2025-2026 cohort of the Fellowship.
