From our research, their main concerns are: -Finding relevant job opportunities that align with their skills and goals. -Meeting qualification demands. -Time lost due to long and inefficient application processes. -Emotional pressure while searching for the right role and waiting for responses from employers. Here are some more statistics: 📊 70% of young Italians report significant stress during the job hunt. 💡 60% of recent graduates in Italy feel uncertain about which career path to take after university. (Source: Agenzia Gioventù) 🔄 35% of young graduates in Italy leave their first job within a year of starting. (Source: Il Giorno) Why does this happen? Students often start their job search with limited information and guidance about the job market. Many make decisions based on incomplete insights, leading to mismatched expectations and dissatisfaction. This lack of alignment can result in early job changes, as they seek roles that better fit their skills and aspirations. At Jobed, we’re committed to addressing these challenges.
