We make direct investments through the investment capital stack – typically in the form of LP Equity, Co-GP Equity, Preferred Equity, or – in certain circumstances – Mezzanine Debt. We are financed by our partners, high net worth family offices, and primarily clients of Guggenheim Partners Investment Management, with whom we have a more than 10-year relationship. We build personal, long-lasting, and highly constructive relationships as the hallmark of our approach. We look for solutions and options where others may seek to assign blame or exert leverage.
