On Friday September 6th, 2024 we held our IT Service Alliance (ITSA) x PARSEC Group Team Day in our office in Arvada, CO to officially welcome every team member as a Co-Owner in the IT Service Alliance platform through our Employee Ownership Plan. As part of our commitment to creating a collaborative and empowered workforce, the Employee Ownership Plan ensures that all employees, from newly acquired companies to existing team members, share in the success and value they help create. This initiative is designed to foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and long-term growth within the ITSA family. The funds will be exclusively deployed to acquire IT services businesses that specialize in servicing critical infrastructure environments, particularly in the industrial, healthcare, government, and financial sectors. This latest round of funding underscores ITSA’s commitment to expanding its presence in industries where secure, reliable IT infrastructure is paramount.
