Today marks a significant milestone for Irys as we announce the conclusion of our journey in developing our innovative data modeling and visualization platform. Over the past year, we set out to push the boundaries of what's possible in operational intelligence, and we're incredibly proud of the technology we've built and the progress we made. Our mission was to revolutionize how enterprises interact with their data, bringing real-time insights directly to decision-makers' fingertips. Through dedication and hard work, we successfully built a solid first version that showcased: 1. A groundbreaking dynamic data model and UI generation engine capable of scaling to hundreds of thousands of dashboards while maintaining optimal performance. 2. A highly efficient data backend resulting in remarkably low network traffic and millisecond response times. 3. A robust, enterprise-grade security infrastructure that met the stringent requirements of industrial applications, ensuring the protection of sensitive data. We want to express our heartfelt gratitude to our early users, partners, and supporters who believed in our vision and provided invaluable feedback to help shape our product. Although our journey with Irys has come to an end, the challenge of dealing with the exponential rise in data and the overload that we are all experiencing remains as relevant as when we started our journey, and we look forward to technology advances to simplify the digital/human interface. Organization can face several key challenges when attempting to integrate live data into conventional BI platforms: 1. Live Updates: Traditional BI tools are not designed for live data and require complex data pipelines and specialized knowledge to setup. 2. Responsiveness: Many BI dashboards become sluggish as data volume grows, are generally slow to update, and do not work out of the box on mobile devices. 3. Security: Maintaining data security while providing widespread access across an organization is complex and often results in information silos. Exciting news! We've (re)launched our Irys demo site to showcase some of the concepts and designs we are building. At Irys, we believe that empowering individuals and teams to have a positive impact starts with truly accessible information. We have a short demo of adding KPIs to a map in Irys, this is a basic example, but it shows off a number of capabilities within Irys: 1. KPI component displayed on a map 2. Built in formulas and multi-state configuration of a KPI component 3. For anyone who missed it, here is a recap of our webinar last week: We showcased Irys version 1.0 1. Powerful navigation, including the ability to create asset hierarchical navigation for easy drill drown. 2. Mobile friendly and responsive (out of the box Irys can be viewed as a mobile app) 3. Seamless integration with the PI System (Irys provides asset modeling on top of PI tags, easily import AF models, and data is pushed to Irys in milliseconds.) We mentioned some valuable use cases we are working on (coming soon!) 1. Connect multiple PI Systems together from the same network or from different domains! 2. Record field observations and enter them directly within Irys (Irys' mobile capabilities with manual data entry)! 3. Track down equipment (AF Event Frame support with capabilities to support downed equipment tracking use cases)! We also talked about some upcoming features we are excited about 1. Expand the data source management capabilities in Irys - we are data source agnostic, and will be adding support for many data sources! 2. SQL connector and modeling for aggregate data alongside live data! 3. Data download - allow users to download data directly from their browser!
