Land development is underway at our Crestview, Florida site for our build-to-rent cottage community, a low-density multifamily development geared towards meeting the growing demand for the missing middle. Crestview, Florida is known as "Hub City", strategically located along the I-10 corridor 50 miles each of Pensacola, 120 miles west of Tallahassee, and 30 miles from the sugar white beaches of Florida's Emerald Coast. Crestview experienced a 77% population growth rate since 2020 and the average age of residents being 32 years old. Home to the #3 school district in Florida and with expansive road and utility work in progress, our development is poised to serve a growing diverse demographic in the area. Capstone Building Corp. is excited to be featured in Pensacola News Journal for our new development by Interlude Residential. "The community will be made up of 86 apartment units and spans nearly 107,000 square feet, according to the project’s developers. Each apartment has stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and tiled backsplashes and showers." "The project is being built at 6225 Mobile Highway near Bellview Middle School.
