The CHN is a provider-owned, statewide network of North Carolina providers focused on improving the quality of care and reducing costs. In her new role, Dr. McKinney will lead CHN toward advancing value-based care, integrating behavioral and physical health, and leveraging technology to improve healthcare outcomes for North Carolinians. Dr. McKinney brings over two decades of leadership in healthcare innovation, Medicaid-managed care, and behavioral health. As a public health leader, Industrial/Organizational Psychologist, and licensed mental health practitioner, she is committed to fostering equitable healthcare access and driving impactful change.
