Each year millions of Americans are affected by Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). 🌥 This condition brings on significant mood changes in response to the changing of the seasons during the late fall and winter months when there is less sunlight and colder weather. Symptoms usually improve during the spring and summer months. If the symptoms noted below describe you or a loved one this time of year, you are not alone. Talk to a mental health specialist or health care provider and find out what therapies or treatments may be available to you. Crisis Chat is open 24/7 ➡️ https://lnkd.in/e-xjPCBD

We are thrilled to share a milestone that truly reflects the heart and soul of our organization—OUR STAFF! Each month, we honor the dedication and commitment of full-time employees who have been with us for three years or more through our Longevity Bonuses. This celebration is our way of saying THANK YOU for their hard work, passion, and loyalty to our mission. 💙 Here’s the amazing part: ✨ In 2024, we’ve already paid out $131,830 in bonuses to 52 staff members! ✨ That’s 52 incredible individuals who have chosen to grow and make a lasting impact with us. Our longest-serving team member has been with us for an astounding 19 years—a testament to the supportive and meaningful environment we’ve built together. 🙌 Each year, this list grows, and it’s an absolute joy to celebrate these milestones.
