At Installed Building Products, we believe in the power of community and the importance of giving back. Through a 2023 grant from the IBP Foundation, the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio provided 300 nights of rest to families staying near their hospitalized children. One story stands out— The Andrews family traveled over 2,000 miles to Columbus for life-saving care for their newborn son and found solace and support at the Ronald McDonald House. The House not only gave them a place to rest but also a community of care and connection, helping them navigate an unimaginable journey together. Supporting families in need is at the heart of what we do. Together, we’re making a difference—one night, one family, and one story at a time.

As the season of gratitude unfolds, I’m reflecting on the acts of kindness and resilience that make the Installed Building Products family so special. This year has shown me how deeply our team cares for one another, stepping up during tough times and supporting colleagues in need. Gratitude has a ripple effect—it builds trust, connection, and a culture where everyone feels supported and valued. As Jason N. shared, the 2024 ESG Report tells the story of Installed Building Products’ efforts to build a more sustainable, resilient future. With a 59% reduction in Scope 2 emissions, enhanced safety and scholarship programs for employees, and impactful community initiatives, these milestones demonstrate the power of commitment and collaboration. While there’s more to accomplish, these efforts highlight how IBP is setting new standards for environmental and social responsibility in our industry. Thank you, Jason, for bringing these achievements to light and for inspiring the continued work ahead.
Although I'm no Charles Dickens, I've compiled the highlights from our 2024 Sustainability Report into a more digestible article, as promised, telling the story of our efforts from the previous year. With a 59% reduction in Scope 2 emissions, several impactful programs for employee safety, scholarships and financial well-being, and several initiatives to support the communities where we work, making tremendous impacts, we're setting new standards for our environmental and social responsibility. The journey isn't over, but I'm grateful for our team's dedication to building a sustainable, resilient future for everyone involved.
