New year → new findings 🦠 Researchers from the University of Tennessee have pinpointed the detrimental changes in gene expression triggered by root-knot nematodes in tomato plants. 🍅 The parasitic nematodes hijack the genetic network of roots and quickly infect the rest of the tomato plant.
