Whether reporting a concern or requesting information, customers who call INDOT are always greeted by a real INDOT employee -- 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.📅 Over the past six years, INDOT's Customer Service team has managed over 450,000 cases, each handled thoroughly, with care and attention to detail. Through tools like customer satisfaction surveys, the team works to ensure that customers' feedback is heard and used to continuously provide the best possible service to motorists traveling through and within the Hoosier state.

In honor of National Customer Service week, we want to take a moment to acknowledge the dedication and hard work of INDOT's Customer Service employees.
