The European Commission's "Transition Pathway for Tourism" provides a roadmap to transform the tourism sector into a sustainable, resilient, and future-ready industry. One of the key actions outlined is investing in people. As the publication emphasizes: "To address the green and digital transitions, there is a pressing need to reskill and upskill the tourism workforce through coordinated training approaches and actions under the EU Pact for Skills."
