Then working with employees to follow these policies and procedures which are in place to protect them."   What do you like most about Hyster-Yale?     “My job is simply made easier because I enjoy working with colleagues at all levels/departments. I am very thankful for the company support on personal development which is given me great opportunities for growth." What is some advice you’d give? “Make time for open communication in the workplace, get to know people and the work issues they face. Remain calm under pressure or during difficult conversations. Don't be afraid to ask for help from others, as I have learned so much from colleagues." What is something you’re proud of? “Open conversation, as everyday employees freely speak to me about concerns. I could not do my Job fully, if no one speaks or raises a concern. Hopefully, this is because I always try to be honest, reliable, and I am genuinely concerned about their health & safety." Anything else to add? "I can't say it enough; health and safety is everyone's responsibility."

  • Our Itu, Brazil team received an amazing visit from Educandário Bezerra de Menezes, an institution which takes care of children in conditions of socioeconomical vulnerability. During their stay, they made a guided tour through the facility, made a choir presentation and also received a special visit from Santa, who delivered gifts donated by our team to them.
