We are pleased to share our latest report on the #digitalhealth market.   The digital health market saw continued decline in Q3’24, with global funding totaling $3.3B – the second lowest quarterly funding level since 2017. Despite this, the average deal size has grown from $11.8M in 2023 to $17.8M through Q3’24, indicating that although risk aversion remains high, investors are placing larger investments on fewer, later-stage ventures. While this theme of “focused funding” is anticipated to continue through Q4’24, investor sentiment for Q1’25 appears optimistic after consecutive rate cuts from the Federal Reserve.  Please feel free to reach out to Christopher Fieschko with any questions you might have about our recent report. We are excited to welcome Rebecca Stapp to the Hyde Park Capital team!  Ms. Stapp serves as Marketing Manager at Hyde Park Capital, leading efforts to enhance the firm’s visibility and support investment banking deal flow. She joined the firm in 2024 and brings expertise in private equity digital marketing.  Prior to Hyde Park Capital, Ms. Stapp managed portfolio marketing and asset information for institutional clients at Sylvan Road Capital LLC, contributing to over $500M in deals in the SFR (Single-Family Rental) sector. Earlier, she was a Senior Account Manager at Zelen Communications, Inc., where she promoted real estate projects and worked with national and local homebuilders through strategic advertising.  Ms. Stapp graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida State University with a degree in Communications, specializing in Public Relations. She graduated with Honors in her major, with a thesis titled Social Media Perceptions.  As a Tampa native, Ms. Stapp enjoys exploring Florida’s natural beauty through kayaking, hiking, and camping with her family, including her beloved dog, Myra (Mymy).
