Intuitive Machines was over the Moon to join our friends at Houston Airport System for the unveiling of an upgraded International Arrivals Curb at George Bush Intercontinental Airport. With six lanes, it’s more than wide enough to accommodate our Moon RACER lunar terrain vehicle. "Houston’s identity as Space City is built on a foundation of innovation, connectivity and bold ambitions," said Jack Fischer, Intuitive Machines vice president and former NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration astronaut. "As Intuitive Machines competes in humankind’s next space race, through NASA’s lunar terrain vehicle contract, having seamless global connections is critical not just for our team but for the growing network of aerospace companies in Houston. This terminal is more than an infrastructure project; it’s a gateway to the future of exploration, innovation and discovery." https://lnkd.in/gzb8rPm4 #Space #Innovation #Moon #AdLunam

Houston Airports collaborates closely with the Consular Corps of Houston to foster international relationships and provide excellent services. Our Chief Commercial Officer, FRANCISCO CUELLAR, along with Chief External Affairs Officer Saba Abashawl and International Relations Director Scott Alexander, had the pleasure of meeting with the Consul General of Mexico, Maria Elena Orantes. Houston proudly hosts the third-largest consular corps in the United States, with representatives from over 90 nations! Working with consular officials is a fantastic way to enhance the travel experience for passengers flying between Houston and their home countries. This collaboration is essential for maintaining Houston’s status as a vibrant global travel hub, offering nonstop flights to many exciting destinations.

The highly anticipated International Arrivals Curb at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) is now open. International arriving passengers can now enjoy a smoother, more efficient, and welcoming arrival experience, benefiting both visitors and their drivers. The new curb features six dedicated pick-up lanes (two additional lanes will open in early 2025), providing expanded capacity and a more modern, efficient design. The new International Arrivals Curb simplifies the process for drivers picking up their loved ones and the rideshare drivers serving their customers. The successful opening of the new pick-up area is a result of meticulous planning and collaboration. We're grateful to our dedicated employees, contractors, and the public for their contributions to this project. This new facility is a testament to our commitment to providing a world-class travel experience at IAH. As we continue to advance our vision for IAH, the passenger experience will improve even further with the completion of the new international terminal.
