As 2024 wraps up, commercial real estate prices are showing signs of recovery, with consecutive monthly growth in multiple sectors. According to CoStar Groups’ latest report, the U.S. composite index rose 1.3% in November, signaling improving market conditions after a challenging period. While overall pricing is still down year-over-year, the rate of decline is slowing, driven by slightly lower interest rates and renewed investor confidence in short-term financing. Small markets are also seeing significant gains, further supporting a positive outlook for the industry in 2025.
