    Sometimes you are cruising along on a normal day and something jumps out and grabs ya! Our head of engineering showed this interesting graphic. I was floored when I looked at it for one single reason! It's a sign of the times! This is a word cloud of all dispensary tags in Hoodie. This is principally done by Brand Sales Teams. One might think that there is a lot of slow pay & no pay going on? I'm saying this facetiously given we are all experiencing this. But this picture is worth a thousand words and millions of unpaid dollars! :) *Sample dispensary is a demo screen shot*

I am looking at the pie differently from 3 perspectives: — Who's the biggest in terms of overall retail market share? — Where is the white space and opportunity for others? — How can I win with this knowledge? What stands out to me: 1. Curaleaf and Trulieve are NECK AND NECK. Boris Jordan is back but Kim Rivers is kicking their ass…. 2. Look OUT for Missouri 3. Smaller private MSOs and SSOs are where the M&A action is and will be for the next 3 years 4. Keep sleeping on CA. Between Cookies/STIIIZY/Catalyst Cannabis Co. , CA is #5 5. The top 10 make-up ~20% of total retail sales 6. The next 10 only add another 7% 7. MSOs are (mostly) losing market share to SSO and independents 8.     Today we publicly announced the final stage in closing out our Series A financing which was completed this spring. For those of you in Cannabis, you know this is no easy task. I see it as a very special capstone to be adding Measure 8 (Boris Jordan Robert Sciarrone Timur Sultanov) to our slate of great investors like Entourage Effect Capital, Yaax Capital, L.P.,Arcview Capital,Vitamin Capital,Tony O.,Jim Belushi, Mitchell Kahn and Satori Investors. Also huge call out to Brian Schinderle, Aaron Salz, CFA at SSC Advisors as our financial advisors on this transaction. Their support was well beyond the base requirements. The were instrumental in getting us across the line. Normally this would mean we ‘talk’ about things we are ‘going to build’ with the added support of new investors. However, what many of our new clients and prospects are seeing is that, we already have completed much of our platform we set out to build in 2020 and are now rolling out the last big tent pegs this year. Instead of tell mode, we’ve been in ‘show mode’ much of this year as we’ve rolled out. 1) Sales velocity for the entire U.S. Market 2) Wholesale integration for sales teams that use our sales enablement tools 3) Dispensary Analytics for assortment and price monitoring 4) CPG Style sales metrics like weighted sales market share 5) Dispensary demographics including store location assessment 6) Customized custom pivot reporting for hard core data users 7) Improved consumer product locators with better than 95% coverage in most states They say a picture is worth a thousand words. The same is to be said for software. It’s 10X harder to explain and ask people to wait vs. show up at the ready showing a game changing product. We have been able to keep enhancing products & services with the support of amazing clients like 710 Labs, Curaleaf, 1906, Cookies and many others. We owe much to our early customers for the feedback and much to new customer for their faith in our progress and record setting pace of development. While others were slowing or freezing development, we kept our product development pace moving through 2023 and came out the other end with a lot to show for the pain.
