We're appointing Mark Brennan to the firm’s newly created position of Global Managing Partner for Digitalization. Mark will oversee a comprehensive global digital strategy focused on the firm’s technology investments, service delivery, and collaboration. One of his priorities is to foster an internal culture of digital innovation across the firm. CEO Miguel Zaldivar said: “In his position as the firm’s first Global Managing Partner for Digitalization, Mark will lead the firm’s internal efforts to harness technology, enhance client service, and drive efficiencies. Investments in our firm is one of our five strategic priorities,* and the creation of this new position demonstrates our commitment to further solidifying our position as a global leader in the digital space.” In addition to having served as a Sector Leader, Mark is a recognized thought leader and has built a global technology regulatory and policy practice focused on privacy and communications, artificial intelligence, online services, and consumer protection issues. Carrying forward a legacy of advancing justice, partner N. Thomas Connally, III will become co-leader of our global pro bono practice and the U.S. Pro Bono Partner, working alongside London-based partner Yasmin Waljee OBE. Effective 1 January 2025, Tom succeeds T. Clark Weymouth, who has led our firm’s pro bono efforts in the U.S. for more than a decade. As one of the first firms to establish a dedicated pro bono practice, Hogan Lovells has a longstanding tradition of leadership in pro bono work.
