Last week, Hobbs Brook Real Estate, in collaboration with our project partners Shawmut Design and Construction and PAYETTE, proudly celebrated the ceremonial topping off of FM’s new state-of-the-art facility in Norwood, MA. This pivotal milestone marks a significant achievement for this remarkable 320,000 SF building, which will soon be home to FM’s world-class research, science, and technology. We gathered with our design and construction teams, local officials, and trade partners to commemorate this important milestone and watched as the 4,585th and final steel beam was lifted into place. We eagerly anticipate the continued progress of this facility as it reaches further construction milestones. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their unwavering commitment to this project. We look forward to the successful completion of this world-class facility and the groundbreaking innovations it will support.
