Sharon Stead, North East Lincolnshire Health and Care Partnership Programme Lead explains that since working with #TLevel learners from Engineering UTC Northern Lincolnshire, the NEL HCP and Care Plus Group have benefitted from the integration of young students and staff within the workforce. With support from all the NEL HCP providers, learners are meeting a range of professionals to hear about their roles and experiences, including nursing, retention, employability skills and services, and much more. When asked why employers should engage with T-Level placements, here's what Sharon had to say 👇 Find out more about T-Levels on our HNY Careers Hub: https://lnkd.in/e7FHamMi #TLevels #TLevelsWeek HNY Careers Hub Jennifer Vincent Tracy Chaplin Tina Jenkinson Melanie Drayton Sarah Newsome 💚💙George Zuerner
