  • High Tide Consultants is glad to see this project back under construction. HTC partnered with Gulf States Real Estate, Development and Construction services to develop an efficient and economical site design meeting all jurisdictional and client programmatic requirements. HTC provided site, grading, drainage and utility design and procured all necessary site related permits including Parish site development permit and offsite utility permit and access connection permits from LADOTD. Challenging aspects of this project included the design of off-site water and sewer extensions to service the site as well as a design that required maintaining off-site drainage from adjacent properties through the site by routing it through the new detention pond and drainage system.

  • High Tide Consultants is proud to be working with St. Tammany Parish Government on this important coastal restoration project. High Tide is serving as the prime engineering consultant on the Tchefuncte West Bank Marsh Restoration Project which will restore the marsh land on the east and west sides of the Historic Tchefuncte River Lighthouse back to its historical bank line.
