Our structured capital solutions provide junior debt and preferred equity capital primarily for growth and/or inactive shareholder recaps. Hidden River is exclusively focused on backing owner-operators (not PE sponsors) and will often be a company’s first meaningful institutional capital partner, typically in a non-control ownership position. Hidden River invests $7.5 – $25 million in companies with $10+ million in revenue and $2+ million in EBITDA.
