As we step into a new year filled with opportunities, we reflect on the transformative journey of the Hispanic Entrepreneur Initiative (HEI) and the incredible impact your support has made. We en the year with a deep sense of purpose and gratitude. Over the past five years, HEI has empowered more than 3,000 entrepreneurs—primarily women—to not only build successful businesses but to spark generational change in their families and communities. Research from the Boston Consulting Group shows that for every dollar of funding, women-run startups generate 78 cents in revenue—more than double the return of male-run startups. By investing in women, you’re not just supporting an individual but fueling the next generation of leaders and strengthening the very fabric of our community. In 2024, we achieved milestones like launching new cohorts of Empowering the American Dream and Financial education programs, hosting impactful workshops, and addressing critical needs like wellness for women entrepreneurs balancing the demands of family and business. These accomplishments highlight the resilience and ingenuity of our community—an achievement made possible by your belief in HEI’s mission. Looking ahead to 2025, we invite you to help us expand our reach, deepen our impact, and inspire even more underserved entrepreneurs to realize their potential.
