“It’s a significant investment in Celina, but it will be here long after we are all gone.” When the City of Celina partnered with us on a new government center and parking garage to replace the former city hall and consolidate essential services, they knew they were investing in the city’s future. Since the project aimed to enhance and expand the downtown square, which hosts some of the city’s largest events, we worked closely with various client departments to design a space that meets both practical needs and community aspirations. Check out how we were able to turn the facility into a year-round asset, attracting more events and services to the heart of the city. https://bit.ly/3ZOEtyj #HEDAdvances #CommunityImpact #CityDevelopment #DowntownRevitalization #UrbanDesign #CityPlanning #UrbanDevelopment

By analyzing data from entry points, companies like LinkedIn, H&M and PUMA Group have been able to optimize office environments, including more frequent elevator schedules, automatic heating/cooling systems and even white noise levels - all with minimal disruption to employees. The future of workplace design is data-driven and at HED, we’ve embraced this approach in our own office redesigns. In our LA office, we used employee survey data to inform design decisions and enhance amenities based on real user needs. https://bit.ly/4gffgE9 #HEDAdvances #WorkplaceDesign #SmartOffices #EmployeeExperience #DataDrivenDesign #OfficeInnovation #SustainableWorkspaces #EmployeeWellbeing #OfficeRedesign #FutureOfWork

Funding for new school facilities doesn’t have to rely solely on bonds or community donations. Here’s how school districts can get creative. 💡 1. Share costs, gain expert insights and ensure long-term facility upkeep. 2. Tap into philanthropic donations, grants and sponsorships to fund your project. 3. Save on energy costs and qualify for government incentives or utility rebates. 4.Modernize facilities and enhance career-focused programs with specialized grants. Our Pre-K-12 Business Leader Jennette La Quire La shares more about these options and how districts can build tech-forward, sustainable schools without stretching budgets. https://bit.ly/4fW7Vc5 #HEDAdvances #K12Education #SchoolFunding #SustainableDesign #EdTech #BuildingBetterSchools #SchoolDistricts
