CESLC's Dr. Elisa Gil-Pires, MD, FACP, CMD, CPE and Dr. Joanne Kinney, a primary care practitioner at Hirsh Health Center, shared key insights on maintaining a strong immune system during the winter months at a workshop at Ring House yesterday afternoon. Dr. Gil and Dr. Kinney highlighted the following practical tips: 1. Prioritize Sleep: Adequate rest is crucial for immune function. 2. Eat Well: A balanced diet rich in nutrients supports overall health. 3. Stay Active: Regular exercise, including walking and yoga, keeps your immune system strong. 4.
