  • Earlier this month, our hearts were warmed by the opportunity to visit the residents of the Alwyn C. Cashe State Veteran’s Nursing Home and share some holiday joy! 💖🎁  It was such a privilege to spend time listening to their stories, sharing gifts, and singing beloved carols together. We're committed year-round to honoring those who have served through our Mission United program, but this visit felt especially meaningful. We know that not all veterans have family close by, and being able to bring a little extra holiday cheer and companionship truly became a highlight of our holiday season.  A heartfelt thank you to our wonderful volunteers from Orange County Mayor Jerry L. Demings' Veterans Advisory Council and UCF Progressive Black Men for joining us in giving back to our community and making this such a special occasion!    #liveunited #veterans #holidays #missionunited
