Nolan is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in factoring and specialty finance, known for his leadership, innovation, and industry commitment. Starting his career in specialty finance at Allied Affiliated Funding in 2011, he later excelled at RTS Financial, managing a successful sales team. Nolan joined Haversine Funding as a Business Development Manager in early 2022, swiftly rising to a leadership role. He spearheaded the development and launch of Lead Line, a referral origination platform that connects leads to a vast lender network, streamlining lead generation and providing added value to lending clients and businesses. In October 2023, Nolan launched and hosted a limited podcast series on specialty finance, covering topics like factoring and asset-based lending from both lender and business perspectives, enhancing Haversine’s brand presence. He has also driven beta testing of strategic partnerships and technologies, ensuring value addition for clients. Known for his energy, honesty, and ‘lean in’ attitude, Nolan fosters a culture of growth by challenging his team to step out of their comfort zones. Beyond work, Nolan actively participates in community initiatives like the Finance Forum annual golf tournament and has deepened his involvement in the broader factoring community through the IFA. His foresight and ability to align diverse goals within Haversine's platform have been instrumental in advancing the company’s strategic growth and innovation.
