The 2024 Spring Cohort for our Entrepreneur Empowerment Program with Chef Antwon Brinson, Culinary Concepts AB LLC, Capital One and Bridging Virginia kicked off this week! ✨ We are excited to share more behind the scenes footage over the next 6 weeks, but for now, take a look at the incredible lineup of Richmond businesses working with Chef Antwon!

Last week we had the opportunity to host the Pulaski County High School Culinary Arts students at Hatch, where they got the chance to have lunch & chat with Henry of #1115MobileKitchen, tour our facilities, and meet a few other small business owners as they worked in the kitchen (thanks for the impromptu chats Keith #ChaoticGoodTempeh and Bill #CrescentSimples!) The head of the Culinary Arts Department, Laura Norris, has been bringing her students to Richmond since 2014 for an immersive field trip. The purpose is to expose her students to restaurants/small business experiences they can’t get locally; reminding us just how lucky we are to live in a city with such an independent, vibrant culinary scene ⭐️ Thank you, Mrs. Norris and students for including Hatch on your itinerary!

We are always thrilled to be a sponsor of the biannual Virginia Food and Beverage Expo - and we had SUCH an amazing time seeing some of the region's best and brightest there yesterday! We’re so excited to have a front row seat to the incredible growth and journey of Udderless Pizza! After partnering with specialty food distributor P10 Foods, Udderless’ Evan Byrne and Andrew McQuillen are seeking more space to upscale their frozen vegan pizza operations.
