We are honored that Harwood No. 14 has been recognized as one of Engineering News-Record Texas & Louisiana's 2024 Best Projects, receiving the Award of Merit, Office/Retail/Mixed-Use. At 27 stories, the building is the tallest in the Harwood District, located just north of the Dallas city center. From afar, the building’s finned curtain wall facade adds a unique texture to the city’s rapidly densifying skyline. Corgan provided the design expertise and collaboration necessary to bring the high design vision into reality. Thank you to Harwood International and all of our partners on the project! Our team had the pleasure of joining an insightful discussion at The Real Estate Council (TREC) Young Guns Forum last week, where Oliver Barbier-Mueller, President of Harwood International took the stage with Evan Beattie of GFF, Aaron Bidne from Granite Properties, and Jamee Jolly, CAE, IOM of The Real Estate Council. Together, they dove into the future of Uptown, sharing fresh perspectives on growth, sustainability, and the path forward for this vibrant area. Grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with industry visionaries as we shape what’s next for our community.
