Earlier today, two of our talented engineers ventured into the countryside of Warwickshire to inspect an old agricultural barn, and advise some prospective buyers on its feasibility for conversion to a residential building. Although some structural challenges were identified, the barn showed strong potential for residential transformation. We look forward to seeing the journey unfold - both in terms of planning permission and its future as a rustic family home. Did someone say Demolition 👷🚧 We have it all going on for this large industrial refurbishment project. Current works including low level and high level soft and hard strip out, Asbestos removal, structural works, gutter works involving comprehensive Temporary Works for an ACM roof canopy. We have received two external H&S visits whilst all this is happening highlighting good practices throughout. #industrialrefurb #construction
